A Brazil and Colombia mix built for milk, dense and cocoa-heavy with a clean finish.

A rotating lot, usually washed Ethiopian or Kenyan, brewed for clarity rather than comfort.

Order at the counter and drink where the beans were roasted, some batches only hours old.

A bag on your doorstep every fortnight, chosen by us, roasted the day before it ships.

A guided hour tasting four origins side by side, run by the person who roasted them.
I've had espresso all over this city. This is the only place where every cup tastes like someone was paying attention.Priya N., regular customer, Ancoats
Before you come
Walk-ins are fine for coffee at the bar. Cupping sessions run Saturdays and need booking online, as seats are limited to eight.
We're open Tuesday to Sunday, 8am to 4pm. Closed Mondays for roasting and maintenance.
There's no dedicated car park, but Church Street car park is a two-minute walk. We're on foot down a side street off Thomas Street, look for the copper sign.
We roast on site in small batches and cup every one before it's sold, so what's in your cup was likely roasted here within the week, not shipped in from elsewhere.
Yes, oat and soya are standard, and we stock a washed-process decaf that's roasted with the same care as everything else.
Visit
We're a short walk from Piccadilly Gardens, tucked down a side street most people miss the first time.
